Being the head of the practice of intellectual property law, administrative law, GR and Incorporation and having more than 9 years of practical experience, Mr. Demeubaev specializes in intellectual property law, corporate law, bankruptcy, licensing, and public procurement.

Areas of activity of Kymbat are associated with full legal support for registration of trademarks, protecting the interests of copyright holders in the pre-trial and trial proceedings, providing opinions on the conflict of laws in the field of intellectual property.

Mr. Demeubaev also oversees registration, re-registration and reorganization of legal entities, and provides legal support for procedures of voluntary and compulsory liquidation of legal entities, as well as interacts with competition and rehabilitation managers.

Kymbat is also responsible for issues relating to participation in public procurement, open competitions and other auction sites, preparation of documents in compliance with the eligibility requirements to receive relevant licenses, as well as full legal support of the M&A transactions as well as purchase and sale of real estate.

During his practice, Mr. Demeubaev has assisted to register more than 20 retail brands (trademarks) on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other CIS countries and has provided legal support for incorporation of more than 200 companies and subsidiaries in Kazakhstan, including more than 50 with foreign participation (China, Russia , Poland, Germany, Lithuania, Uzbekistan, etc..). Moreover Kymbat accounts for more than 30 successfully conducted liquidation procedures totaling $ 3 bln. Mr. Demeubaev has successfully participated in more than 50 trials.
