PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE:        
Daniyar Sagadiyev, having more than 10 years of experience, specializes in civil, administrative, banking, corporate, customs and labor law, as well as issues related to the representation of interests in courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration.
Daniyar oversees the design and preparation of appeals to courts and law enforcement authorities claim work at all stages of the civil process. Also Daniyar oversees the practice of legal outsourcing for companies, and also advises on issues related to visa support and obtaining permits for foreign labor. Mr. Sagadiyev also advises on issues related to the implementation of due diligence (due diligence).

Under the leadership of Mr. Sagadiev while working for the largest bank in Kazakhstan, courts held more than 200 decisions in favor of the bank to recover the debt totaling more than $ 80 billion tenge. Moreover, Mr. Sagadiyev had been directly involved in major litigation processes, including actions related to the appeal of tax and customs authorities of Kazakhstan, which made it possible to reduce the debts of the bank for over $ 500 million tenge. Daniyar also participated in the first successful restructuring of the foreign debt of Kazakhstan’s bank (the bank's liabilities were reduced by more than $ 2 billion USD).

In the period from 2006 to 2008, being the head of a legal department of a group of companies of a holding, Daniyar was responsible for the issuance of more than 30 permits for foreign labor.
During his civil service, Daniyar accompanied procedures related to the privatization of state-owned enterprises / public institutions, stocks, derivative securities, and other public property.
